Yep, our chauffeurs wear full dark coloured suit with a shirt and tie. During hot seasons they may take their blazers off in the car and during the cold seasons they may wear a smart overcoat.

Our first goal is always safety. All our vehicles undergo MOT’s every 6 months. They are also routinely maintained in accordance with the specifications set out by the manufacturer for that specific vehicle. Daily checks of the oil, coolant and tyre pressure are also the chauffeur’s responsibilities.

Of course! If you don’t see any bottles on display, please ask your chauffeur who will provide it for you from their inventory.

Our vehicles have lightning cables, micro usb’s & usb-c type charging cables on board.

Typically, no older than 4 years in age.

All our vehicles are non-smoking.

As we do provide water on board, you can drink in the vehicle, however, we do not allow eating on board.

Majority of our vehicles are black. We do have some silver & blue. You can leave a note of which colour you would like to request but this will be subject to availability.

All our vehicles have cd / radio on board. If you would like to connect your mobile, please ask your chauffeur. Some of our higher spec vehicles do have rear screen entertainment.

Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series, & Range Rover can fit 2 cases + 2 carry-ons.

The  E-Class & 5-Series can fit 2 cases + 2 carry-ons.

The Mercedes-Benz V-Class can fit 6 cases + 4 carry-ons.
